im running an OS X theme currently, some of my favourites were a windows xp theme that I used a custom wallpaper and one of the old resistance retribution themes.

I always had the ones with custom fonts. Like, glowing blue fonts and custom battery meters.

 I love that theme - it was the first one I ever put on, and it's the only one I'll ever use.

I only have like 3 themes
 Since I don't use my PSP that much (only use it for a couple games and for some portals I have ), I don't see much value in hunting around for themes.
